Classmind AI
Client: Classmind AI (Utopia AI)
Year: 2024
Services: Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Pitch Deck, Company
The Situation
Utopia AI had built something genuinely useful: ClassMind AI, an app designed to personalise learning and bring real-time AI assistance into classrooms. The product worked. The problem was that nobody outside the founding team could see why it mattered.
Without a clear brand, a compelling narrative, or a strategic direction, the idea was getting lost. Investors weren’t connecting with it. Schools didn’t understand the practical value. The gap between what ClassMind could do and how it was being presented was costing them real opportunities.
What We Did
Strategy Before Everything
- Ran deep discovery sessions to uncover the real ‘why’ behind ClassMind — what problem it solved, who it was truly for, and what a credible growth path looked like
- Mapped out distinct audience segments — schools, teachers, and investors — and defined what each one needed to hear to take action
- Built a strategic framework that connected product, messaging, and brand into a coherent whole
Brand Identity
- Designed a visual identity that balanced technological ambition with human warmth — deliberately avoiding the cold, abstract aesthetic common in EdTech
- Created a verbal and visual language that made ClassMind feel like a mission, not just a product
Investor & Stakeholder Materials
- Designed a pitch deck that led with the classroom problem before introducing the technology — making the case emotionally before making it commercially
- Produced a company profile that aligned product purpose with business potential, giving investors the full picture in a format they could act on
Animated Explainer Video
- Created a short animated video that explained complex AI features in simple, emotionally resonant terms
- Gave stakeholders a way to visualise real classroom impact without needing a live demo
The Outcome
ClassMind AI left the engagement with everything it needed to enter serious conversations: a brand that communicated ambition, materials built for investor scrutiny, and a video that could do the explaining in the room or before the meeting.
The transformation wasn’t just visual. The team had strategic clarity — a shared understanding of who they were building for, what they were building toward, and how to talk about it.
Why It Matters for You
In deep tech and EdTech, the gap between a great product and a fundable company is almost always a communication gap. If investors and customers can’t quickly grasp why it matters, the product doesn’t matter yet. ClassMind shows what closing that gap actually looks like.
